Maple Syrup Panna Cotta

• Easy: just 6 ingredients   & no molds needed • Sweetened with maple   syrup • Infused with cinnamon

Bring milk, gelatin powder & half a cinnamon stick to a simmer in a saucepan.

Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon stick. Whisk in pumpkin puree, maple syrup & vanilla extract.

Allow the mixture to cool to room temp. Pour into molds/jars & chill in fridge.

Remove panna cotta from molds (if needed).
