Pistachio Butter Panna Cotta

• Easy to make • Only 6 ingredients • Sweetened with   maple syrup

Bring milk and gelatin powder to a simmer in a saucepan.

Reduce heat to low. Whisk in pistachio butter.

Whisk in Greek yogurt, maple syrup & vanilla extract. Allow the mixture to cool to room temp. Pour into molds/jars & chill in fridge.

Remove panna cotta from molds (if needed).
