Ingredients

  • cups dark chocolate chips (or semisweet)
  • cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted* (plus 3 Tbsp more for topping, if desired)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper**. Set aside.
  • Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each interval, until just melted.
  • Stir Nutella into the melted chocolate. Add toasted hazelnuts and stir to combine. Add Greek yogurt and stir again until fully mixed.
  • Pour mixture into the parchment paper-lined loaf pan. Use a spatula to smooth it out on top. Sprinkle with additional toasted hazelnuts if desired.
  • Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until fudge is set. Lastly, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang and slice into bars.

Notes

*How to Toast Hazelnuts: Spread hazelnuts in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring once in between, until toasted. Whole hazelnuts should take 12-15 minutes to toast, while chopped hazelnuts/hazelnut pieces only take 5-7 minutes. Let toasted whole hazelnuts cool before chopping.
**Clip the parchment paper to the sides of the pan for easier filling.
To use an 8x8 inch or 9x9 inch square pan instead, just double the recipe!
