Chocolate Raspberry Tart

• No bake dessert • Easy oat crust (gluten   free) • Chocolate ganache & raspberry filling • Perfect Valentine's Day dessert

Process oats in a blender or food processor.

Combine oat flour, salt, melted butter, maple syrup & melted chocolate. Press into tart pan.

Make raspberry puree: blend raspberries, then press through a sieve.

Pour simmering milk over chocolate chips. Let sit to melt, then stir in raspberry puree, maple syrup & vanilla.

Pour ganache filling into chilled tart crust. Chill to set.

Top with raspberries & crushed pistachios.
