Whisk flour, baking soda, spices & salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter & brown sugar. Add in molasses, eggs & vanilla extract.

Chill dough for 45 minutes. Then, scoop & roll into balls with palms.

Roll dough balls in granulated sugar, and in powdered sugar. Place on lined sheet pan.

Bake until cookies are set. Let cool completely.
